As an IRATA-accredited training centre, Span Access (now HAKI Access) was well known for producing elite rope access professionals. When the business decided to pivot from purely training into active project deployment, it needed a trusted partner to scale its workforce operations and handle all the complexity that comes with it. HAKI Access had to move fast, stay compliant, and protect its reputation while deploying technicians into live industrial environments.
I created a joint deployment model with Span Access, designed to supply IRATA-certified professionals into short and mid-term industrial projects while taking every element of contractor payroll, compliance and admin off their plate.
